RETURNS POLICY

All personalised gifts cannot be returned unless sent gift is incorrect or is in damaged conditions. Our returns policy lasts for 15 days counting from your purchase date, unfortunately thereafter we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the order number or receipt or proof of purchase via email on online@redmoments.in along with the reason for return.

If the Return is accepted then you are required to return the product to us in the received condition along with its original packing.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a 7 working days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, because, they may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at online@redmoments.in.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGES POLICY (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@redmoments.in and send your item to: 11/12, Amrut Nagar, Opp. Shivaji Nagar Police Chowki, Kherwadi, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Pin Code - 400051.

SHIPPING POLICY

We try to dispatch the product either on the same day (if order received before 12noon) or next working day (if order received after 12noon). We provide free delivery service all over India. We do not guarantee the delivery date/time for delivery. Thus, we do not accept claim for delayed delivery.

To return your product, you should send your product to: 11/12, Amrut Nagar, Opp. Shivaji Nagar Police Stn, Kherwadi, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051, Mumbai, MH, 400051, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs of upto Rs. 100 will be refunded on approved returned. The cost of gift-wrapping will also be refunded, if any.Note: If you incur return shipping charges over Rs.100 for returning large and heavy items, you can contact us via email on online@redmoments.in for an additional refund. For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted.
